Replacement and recovery
Replacement method:
You can exchange or return a damaged or defective product through our customer service.
The following conditions apply:
1- The replaced or returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
2- Do not use, open, or change the product’s packaging.
3- Bring the original purchase invoice.
– You can exchange or return a damaged product within 3 days of receiving the product.
– The return or exchange process may take 7-21 business days.
– The refund is made after the damaged product arrives to us and we check its condition, and then transfer the amount to your account within 3 working days from the date we receive the product.
– If you wish to replace the damaged product and choose the replacement product, you will have to pay the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product if there is a price difference.
