These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and determining who has access to your device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your account or password. Petra Care Store reserves the right to refuse to provide service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Connecting

  • You don’t have to buy a certain amount to benefit from the delivery service.
  • Delivery is free for orders of SAR 399 or more.
  • Delivery is made within 1 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.

 

Replacement and recovery

In order to ensure your safety and health, Petra Care does not allow the return or exchange of its products for health reasons and to preserve public health, except for products that arrive to you with defects, damage, or products that you did not order.

Replacement method:

You can exchange or return a damaged or defective product through our customer service.

The following conditions apply:

1- The replaced or returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

2- Do not use, open, or change the product’s packaging.

3- Bring the original purchase invoice.

– You can exchange or return a damaged product within 3 days of receiving the product.

– The return or exchange process may take 7-21 business days.

– The refund is made after the damaged product arrives to us and we check its condition, and then transfer the amount to your account within 3 working days from the date we receive the product.

– If you wish to replace the damaged product and choose the replacement product, you will have to pay the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product if there is a price difference.

 

Checkout

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT.
  • Amounts will be calculated in Saudi Riyals.
  • Payments can be made via MADA cards, credit cards, Apple Pay.
  • In discounts and free bead offers, the lowest priced item is given away for free.
  • We are not obligated to provide products that are out of stock and in high demand. In this case, the customer is contacted and notified of the unavailability of the product and the customer chooses here to either complete the order without this product and refund the product amount or cancel the order and refund the order amount according to the default return period.
